As far as training news goes, I'm getting back in the swing, coming off some weird sickness I caught up north. Weights and running. Starting now!

Way to go on that. It's not terribly easy. Now just try to keep up with me and we'll see if we can't get to 1.5 x our bodyweight, yeah? I know I'm deadlifting tonight, upward and onward.
